Swedish Massage—use of hands, forearms, and elbows in the application of long gliding strokes, friction, kneading, percussion, vibration, and joint movement to the body's soft tissues to improve both mental and physical health. It can increase circulation, mental and physical relaxation, and range of motion as well as decrease stress, muscle tension and pain.
Heated Stone Therapy—river smoothed, heated stones are used to relax mentally and physically, decrease stress, warm soft tissues for other therapies such as Trigger Point Therapy.
